We are the largest and longest standing provider of humanist ceremonies in Scotland with over 100 celebrants conducting humanist weddings and civil partnerships. Only Humanist Society Scotland registered celebrants are permanently authorised to conduct humanist weddings in Scotland, so you and your ceremony couldn’t be in safer hands. All our registered celebrants have the professional backing of Humanist Society Scotland and come with our unique promise which means that you can be assured that: they’re highly trained; working to the highest standards, they have cover in the event of an emergency - Should illness or other unforeseen circumstances prevent your celebrant from conducting your ceremony, we will always provide emergency cover, they’re covered by our public liability insurance. Not only are we the original and biggest provider of humanist weddings in Scotland, we’re also a charity. We campaign for a secular society and on human rights issues, and we successfully campaigned for legal humanist marriage, and for equal marriage rights for LGBT+ people in Scotland.
