Children under 16 are admitted to the show free of charge, but if booking your tickets online, a zero value ticket must be booked in advance for children. If a child will be occupying a seat in the Catwalk Fashion Show, a ticket will be required for the child at a cost of £3. VIP tickets are for patrons over the age of 16 years, however in exceptional circumstances, patrons under that age may be admitted - please contact the Organiser to discuss.
The Scottish Wedding Show is organised by QD Events Ltd who can be contacted via email - firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone on 0141 248 3000.
Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd February 2020, then we return for our autumn presentation on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September 2020.
Saturday 22nd February 2020 - 10am - 5pm
Sunday 23rd February 2020 - 10am - 5pm
Yes, exhibitors are contracted to be at the show from doors opening at 10am on Saturday 22nd February until the show closes at 5pm on Sunday 23rd February 2020.
There are 3 performances, both days - 11.30am, 1.00pm and 3.00pm and tickets must be purchased for these.
Entry Only tickets, Catwalk Fashion Show (add-on tickets) and VIP tickets. Entry only tickets give admission to the show only. A zero value ticket must be purchased for children visiting the show. If you want to visit one of the Catwalk Fashion Shows, you will have to purchase a Catwalk Fashion Show (add-on ticket), in addition to the Entry Only ticket - this also applies to children who will be occupying a seat. VIP tickets include admission to the Catwalk Fashion Show, therefore an additional Catwalk Fashion Show ticket does not need to be purchased on top of this ticket.
Yes, the benefits for everyone booking online are that you'll receive a half price cocktail/prosecco voucher to use at the Cocktail Bar, a copy of Scottish Wedding magazine, a copy of Tie the Knot Scotland magazine (just pop over to their stands to collect). You will also be able to secure tickets to your preferred catwalk fashion show performance - subject to availability. All tickets are subject to booking fee.
Yes, you should print your ticket or have it visible on your mobile/tablet - all tickets booked in advance will be scanned on entry.
Your Entry Only ticket is valid for the day selected. If you have any problems coming on that day, you will be able to use your ticket on the subsequent day. If you have booked a Catwalk ticket on top of the entry only ticket for the day you thought you'd be visiting, you will have to change your catwalk ticket for the day you will now be visiting.
Your Catwalk ticket can only be used on the day/performance booked and must be supported with an Entry Only ticket.
If you require to transfer your Catwalk ticket to another day/performance, you can do so by logging into your confirmation email from Eventbrite and making the relevant changes here.
In the event you are unable to provide contact details for all tickets being booked, (we would prefer to have individual contact details, if you have them available) it is ok for the person making the booking to use their name on all other tickets. The information supplied in Ticket 1 can be copied to all tickets in each booking. Each ticket has a separate barcode, so just ensure you have all tickets printed/visible on mobile/tablet for scanning on entry to the show.
Tickets will be available to purchase on the door, but if you book online in advance you will receive all the benefits above.
There will be a 10% booking fee on all tickets booked online via Eventbrite.
Carers will be admitted to the Show Only free of charge; these tickets will not be able to be booked in advance, therefore some form of ID should be presented to the cashiers at the ticket booths. We will not hold any of this information on file. Please note, Catwalk add-on tickets require to be purchased by everyone attending the Catwalk Fashion Show, including carers at £3 per ticket online/£3.50 on the door.
Please be advised the organisers of The Scottish Wedding Show, 22-23 February 2020 will be taking photographs and filming the show for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to participate or have any questions, please inform a member of staff in the Organisers Office.
