Back Onside is a Scottish Mental Health Charity (SC048082) based in Stirling which provides support, awareness and education around mental health to 1000’s of individuals of all ages across Scotland. Our aims are not only to support those that need mental health care, but also educate and get people talking about their anxieties and concerns. We want everyone to understand Mental Health; to know what to say, how to help and how to identify signs if a loved one is struggling. These skills are priceless in today’s society, and can literally save lives.
