Terms of Sale - Personalised Goods

We’re QD Events Limited (CRN: SC241462) – we run the Scottish Wedding Show (the Show). These terms of sale apply if you decide to order personalised goods as an add-on to ordering tickets for the Show. Our Terms of Entry and See Tickets’ Terms and Conditions apply to orders of tickets for the Show.

Mack & Rose:

Our partner Mack & Rose Limited (CRN: SC801194) (M&R) will handle all orders for personalised goods. This means if you place an order, your contract for the order is with M&R – not with us.

Creating your contract:

By placing an order, you’re offering to purchase personalised goods from M&R. After they receive your order, they’ll send you a confirmation email (your Confirmation Email). At this point, your contract with M&R for the order is created. M&R can decline or cancel any order before sending you an Order Confirmation for it. They might need to do this if, for example, there’s a pricing or stocking issue.

Checking your Confirmation Email:

Please check your Confirmation Email is correct, including the quantity, type and colour of personalised goods ordered, sizes, personalisation details (like spellings), and so on. You’ll find the Size Guide below to help you.

It’s important you check your Confirmation Email carefully because M&R can’t make changes or fix mistakes you’ve made after they’ve done any work on your order. If you do make a mistake, please contact M&R as soon as you receive your Confirmation Email to see if they can sort it – they may not be able to though. See Contact below for their details.

Payment:

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT. Payment is taken at the time you order and can be made using Mastercard, VISA or Maestro.

Collecting your order:

M&R don’t offer delivery – all orders must be collected in person. M&R will aim to complete orders within 4 weeks. This means if you place your order before Friday 12 September 2025, you can choose to collect it from:

  • The Show on 11-12 October 2025, or
  • M&R’s studio at Unit 106, Axiom Arts, 54 Washington Street, Glasgow G3 8AZ (M&R’s studio).

If you choose to collect your order from the Show, but don’t collect it, we’ll send it to M&R’s studio for you to collect.

If you place your order after Friday 12 September 2025, or at the Show, it can only be collected from M&R’s studio. You can’t place any orders after the Show.

When you collect your order, you’ll need to:

  • Show proof of purchase, and
  • Sign a confirmation to say you’ve collected your order.

All orders must be collected from M&R’s studio within 30 days of them being made available for collection.

Returns:

Because goods are personalised, M&S can’t accept returns unless your goods are faulty, damaged when you receive them, or don’t match you order (faulty goods). If you receive faulty goods, you can return them, and M&R will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under UK consumer laws.

If you spot you’ve received faulty goods when you collect them, tell M&R immediately and they should be able to discuss a return there and then. If you only spot you’ve received faulty goods after you’ve collected them, please contact M&R as soon as you can to discuss a return.

Before M&R can discuss a return, they may ask you to provide evidence you’ve received faulty goods (like photos) or to post the faulty goods to the M&R studio so they can be checked. If they ask you to post them, they’ll cover your reasonable postage costs. All returns require proof of purchase. Any refunds will be paid to the original payment method.

M&R can’t accept returns (A) if you change your mind, (B) if you make an error when you’re ordering (like with spellings), (C) for minor or natural variations in colour, materials, or sizes, or (D) for any issues caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions.

Privacy:

We’ll share your personal details with M&R and we’ll both use them to process your order, contact you about collection, and handle any related issues. Neither of us will use your personal details for any purpose unless we’ve got your consent or we’re required to by law. We’ll each handle your personal details in line with our respective privacy policies:
